In an effort to keep moving to improve, the following physical activities opportunity may be of interest to you!

If you have an event that you believe would be of interest to fellow move and improvers, please send an email to Nicole Hammar at nhammar@emh.org with detailed information (similar to what you see below) about the event. It will be reviewed for appropriateness. For example, see below to learn the type of information to be provided.

Run for Hope 5K race (walk/run) or 13 mile bike ride (this will be a ride, not a race, and the event will not be timed)
Join other runners, joggers, walkers, family and friends committed to supporting cancer research in our community.

Where:           Best Western White House Inn (I-95, Exit 180, behind Dysart’s Restaurant)
Time:              11:30 am
Cost:              Cost for registration is $15 per individual pre-registration and $20 the day of the race. Entry fee for family is $35. 300 T-shirts are available for $5 – first-come-first-serve.
