The 2011 Move and Improve program is right around the corner. If you are interested in Move and Improve and want to learn more abou the program, we encourage you to check out the website.
The 2011 program dates are listed below:
Program Cost.................Free
Program Length............12-weeks (February 27 – May 21, 2011)
Program Registration..January – March 28, 2011
Program Goals..............Engage in physical activity at a moderate level of intensity
for a minimum of eight of the 12 weeks selecting one of the
goals listed below:
- 30 minutes per day for 4 days per week
- 30 minutes per day for 5 days per week
- 45 minutes per day for 5 days per week
- 60 minutes per day for 5 days per week
- 60 minutes per day for 7 days per week
